Internship period: 2 months

Internship will be supplied laptop, ID card... and training to catch up the job requirement

Was trained & assigned technical jobs such as:

1. R&D job

- New model line up control

- Develop new mechanical part (box, packing, label, printing…)

- Control DQMS (Update testing result to DQMS system)

- Mechanics Cost Innovation activity.

- Technical support to FA line and supplier

2. PE job

- Keep machine & equipment operation in good condition. 

- Keep utility system operation in good condition. 

- Manage fix assets & spare part 

- Signal & Inspection equipment manage & calibration control

- Equipment Maintenance Plan

3. Production job

- Control, monitor daily production KPI  

- Control Production Capacity and control Manpower 

- Manage the process quality in the production line

- Manage Line Quality KPI (daily/weekly/monthly)

- Control, support and improve quality in production line

4. QA job

- Develop quality of new part         

- Communicate with related team for quality issue resolving       

- Develop control quality activities of Incoming/Outgoing/Supplier/Line audit (OQA/IQA/SQA/Line QC)        

- Control quality inspection/quality assurance activities setup new test equipment and instruct to inspectors         

- Analyze quality defect reliability defect
